Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

  • Standard items: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Made-to-order items: You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at boutique.palash@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Returns must be shipped to:  21, MIG Flats, Odhavpura, Ellora Park, Hari Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat, 390023

  • Please wait for our confirmation—packages sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Complete with original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

A ₹100 return-processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchange Option
If you’d like a different size or style, return the original item for approval, then place a new order.

  • A flat ₹150 exchange fee applies, which will be added to your replacement order.

5. Damages & Incorrect Items
All approved exchanges/replacement will be completed and delivered within 14 days

  • We’ll assess the issue and arrange a free replacement or full refund as needed.

7. European Union Customers
If you’re in the EU, you may cancel or return any purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. All standard return conditions apply.

8. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days pass without receiving your refund, please contact us at boutique.palash@gmail.com.
