1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: Delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Processing + Transit: Please allow up to 9 calendar days total from order placement (2 days processing + 7 days transit).

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable couriers to ensure safe, timely delivery:

  • India Post Speed Post

  • Delhivery / Ecom Express

  • DHL eCommerce (where available)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: ₹0 per order.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over ₹999.

  • Any special or bulky items may incur additional charges; you will be informed before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site.

  • Use this link to monitor your package in real time.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions

  • We currently ship to addresses within India only.

  • P.O. Box deliveries may experience delays beyond the standard 7-day window.

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may incur an extra 2–3 days of transit time.

7. Delays & Lost Shipments

  • In case of unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues), we’ll keep you updated via email.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of placement, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Shipping times for exchanged items follow the same 7-day delivery policy after dispatch.
