Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard Domestic Shipping: Delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Processing + Transit: Please allow up to 9 calendar days total from order placement (2 days processing + 7 days transit).

4. Shipping Charges
Flat Rate: ₹0 per order.
Free Shipping: On all orders over ₹999.
Any special or bulky items may incur additional charges; you will be informed before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site.
Use this link to monitor your package in real time.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions
We currently ship to addresses within India only.
P.O. Box deliveries may experience delays beyond the standard 7-day window.
Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may incur an extra 2–3 days of transit time.
7. Delays & Lost Shipments
In case of unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues), we’ll keep you updated via email.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of placement, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Shipping times for exchanged items follow the same 7-day delivery policy after dispatch.
